If you changed your mind:

We will refund or exchange your item if you return to us within the 28 days of purchase. In order to process your return as quickly as possible please follow the guidance below:

-Ensure the item is its original packaging and its resealable;

-Make sure to include inside the parcel your order number, name and address and to affix the correct postage and returm address as above;

-We recommend sending your parcel with tracking and signature required as we do not take responsability for the item until it reaches our permisses;

-The return will be processed in either a refund or exhange, according to your choice, usually within 5 days of receiving your return;

-Postal charges are not refundable.
